IntroSpect is an immersive art experience in which the user disconnects from their environment and approaches themselves through the physicality of their inner thoughts. Our method is to provide visual, audio, and tactile dimensions to the thoughts and feelings of our participants. Our goal is to cultivate self-reflection in such a way that there is a lasting effect long after the experience has ended.
